For outpatient clinics an appointment is recommended and can be arranged by phone. Emergency cases are always seen without an appointment.

The emergency department, the operating theatres on call, intensive care and the laboratory operate around the clock.
Can I get my test results remotely?
Yes. Laboratory and imaging results can be collected at reception or sent to you once they have been reviewed by the responsible physician.
Do you have an ambulance service?
Yes, an equipped ambulance is on standby 24 hours a day. Call the main number and ask for the emergency desk.
Do you accept patients from other provinces?
We regularly receive patients referred from the western provinces. Call ahead so that the relevant department can prepare for your arrival.
How do I request a copy of my file?
Bring your ID to the medical records desk at reception; a copy is usually issued the same day.
